HY203, Spring 2007 Final Examination Format Below you will find two sets of essay questions. The first set consists of eight essays and is based on material covered in lecture from March 28 through May 4. Four of these questions will appear on your exam, scheduled for May 10 at 11:30 am. You will be required to answer two of them, with each worth a maximum of 30 points. In each essay you write, you must incorporate a minimum of three terms highlighted in lecture outlines (all of which are posted on the course website), though you are free to use more than three if you wish. The second set of essays consists of three topics and is based on material covered in lecture over the course of the entire semester. Two of these essays will appear on your exam. You will be required to answer one of them, with the essay worth a maximum of 40 points. In this essay, you must incorporate a minimum of six terms highlighted in lecture outlines, and at least four of those terms must come from lectures given prior to March 28. You are free to use more than six terms in your essay if you wish. Keep in mind that because you have had more than a week to prepare these essays, your answers will be held to a higher standard than for essays you had not seen until the day of the exam. They need not be perfect in their grammar or spelling, but essays receiving superior grades will
