There is still no cure for this condition due to limited access,and those who suffer from it must rely on anti-retroviral drugs, which cost between P6,800 andP25,000 each year. The Philippines is still working on a concrete solution to stop the diseasefrom spreading further. With the information stated above, people must be aware of HIVprevention, and the best method to prevent HIV is to avoid vaginal, oral, or anal sex at all times,as well as sharing needles. It is extremely dangerous to share needles for any reasons. Usingcondoms, getting tested, limiting the number of sexual partners, and avoiding alcohol and drugscan help prevent incidents.
