Effects of the Good Remuneration on the Performance, Loyalty, and theMotivation of the WorkforceAbstractRemuneration is a reward from company/ institution for their employees.There are someconflicts between employee and employer. Therefore, this research aims to examine theinfluence of motivation and remuneration on performance from employee perspective. Thesample technique is convenience sampling. Data were analyzed using WARP PLS 5.0. Theresult shows motivation significantly influence employee performance. Hence the rise ofemployee motivation will leads to better performance. However, remuneration does not affectperformance of employees. This is because that the remuneration is a result. In other words,the remuneration is the reward of all the efforts that has been done by the employee. Hence itis not a driving factor for employee to improve their performance. Therefore this research hashuge contribution for remuneration theory that applied in institutions. In addition, futureresearch should be able to use a qualitative approach in order to obtain better understanding.IntroductionAll organizations want to be successful, even in current environment which is highlycompetitive. Therefore, companies irrespective of size and market strive to retain the bestemployees, acknowledging their important role and influence on organizational effectiveness.In order to overcome these challenges, companies should create a strong and positiverelationship with its employees and direct them towards task fulfillment. In order to achievetheir goals and objectives, organizations develop strategies to compete in highly competitivemarkets and to increase their performance. Nevertheless, just a few organizations consider thehuman capital as being their main asset, capable of leading them to success or if not managedproperly, to decline.
