I chose to compare Shakespeare’s The Taming of the Shrew and Much Ado About Nothing , and how they are similar. As I overview both of these plays I see that both of these plays have two plots going on and also the fact that both leading men and women are couples. However when I think about this I realize that this happens in almost all of Shapskeare’s plays. So as I look deeper into Much Ado About Nothing I notice how similar Kate and Beatrice are. In The Taming of the Shrew Kate was always wearing clothes that covered her body. And in Much Ado About Nothing Beatrice is very shrewd toward her man. They are both considered to be “shrewish”
