This online tool provides an estimate ofyour caloric needs and recommended macronutrient and micronutrient intakes based on thedietary references intakes.Note here your BMI, estimated kilocalories per day, and all recommended daily intakes formacronutrients (carbohydrate, fiber, protein, fat, and water):BMI: 27.4, estimated kilocalories per day: 5240, carbohydrates: 590-852 grams, fiber: 38grams, protein: 85 grams, fat: 146-204 grams, water: 3.3 liters (about 14 cups)
