Streetwise —A Documentary 30/01/2008 13:04:00 Focuses on “Rat,” Erin (“Tiny”), and Dewayne Towards the end,  it shows the kids all meeting with their parents, showing us the  relationship they share Throughout the film, the kids are shown acting just as kids should: teasing, giggling,  wrestling, flirting, etc. this is juxtaposed with the things they do that are very adult: o finding food, shelter, prostitution, smoking, do drugs, having sex the kids are mostly from very chaotic homes form surrogate street families in contrast: many of the girls make money through prostitution while the boys
