Zumba is a trademark owned by Zumba Fitness, LLC. The Brazilian popsinger Claudia Leitte has become the international ambassador to Zumba Fitness.Zumba choreography is composed using all or some of the sixteen core steps. There arefour basic rhythms: salsa, reggaeton, merengue and cumbia and each basic rhythm has four coresteps.
