Jacob Getz September 8, 2011 Writing 102.15 Professor Smith Three Goals Essay My name is Jacob Getz, and I am a freshman at Roger Williams University. This essay will help mark my new beginning of what I want to do with my future for this semester. Although this semester may only be one-quarter of my entire college experience, it feels as though it is the most important. This essay will help determine who I will be over the next four years and what I’m going to make of myself while doing it. Obviously the most important goal for me at the moment is to complete college now that I have started, however if I really had to break it up into three different goals for this semester alone, I would have to start off with making good friends, being active, such as being a part of something, and finally try to find out in more depth what I want to do with my life. One of the scariest things that every freshman thinks about before arriving to school, or even just moving to a new place is whether or not they are going to make friends.
