Markets & Consumers WCOB 2013 Section 005 1/20/09 Finishing up from 1/15/09… Consumers are the ultimate user of a good or service. - We are interested in their “behavior” within the marketplace. Consumer behavior involves the interaction of cognitive, behavioral, and environmental events by which people conduct the exchange aspects of their lives. Customers can be intermediaries, a step down in the supply chain.
