must be done while considering the viewpoint of a choice. We are often awash in information  but lacking efficient details. However, the success obtained in providing details to choice makers is highly variable. Barabba, expands this idea by also adding inference, information and  knowledge in his adjustment of Haechel's structure which places knowledge at the highest stage  and information at the lowest. As one moves up the structure, the value is improved and quantity  decreased. Thus, as one acquires information and knowledge the selection procedure is refined.  Management pc attempt to deal with all stages of Haechel's structure as well as converting   information into details for the choice manufacturer. As both Barabba and Haechel argue,  however, just providing more information and details may actually be starting the procedure of  developing procedure more difficult. Emphasis should be placed on increasing the value of
