Encompass a broad and complicated topic. To create this topic more manageable, boundaries  will be described. First, because of the large variety of actions relating to management pc, a total  review is not possible. Those mentioned here is only a partial sampling of actions, reflecting the  author's viewpoint of the more typical and interesting improvements. Likewise where there were  multiple effects in a similar area of development, only chosen ones will be used to illustrate  ideas. This is not to imply one attempt is more essential than another. Also, the main objective of this document will be on pc for use at the village stage and to some smaller level techniques used to back up researchers dealing with village stage issues (e.g., simulator or optimization designs,  geographical pc, etc.) and those used to back up agribusiness firms that provide products or
