kinds build upon and interact with each other. A typical starting stage is Illustrative details. (See  Determine ). This  Determine  – Kinds of Information details portrays the “what is” condition of  a company, and it describes the condition of the company at a specified time. Illustrative details  is very essential to the administrator, because without it, many issues would not be recognized.  Illustrative details has a variety of kinds of details such as economical results, manufacturing  information, test results, item promotion, and maintenance information. Illustrative details can  also be used as inputs to secure other required kinds of details. For example, “what is” details is  required for providing restraints in analyzing village adjustment alternatives. It can also be used  to recognize issues other than the “what is” condition. Illustrative details is necessary but not
