procedure of moving from the “old economy” to “new economy.” With this  paradigm shift,  among the changes is a movement from source centered to idea centered success stories, from a  stable comparative advantage to a dynamic one, from financial commitment in actual physical  resources to financial commitment in individual capital, from protected to open marketplaces,  from subsidies to encouragement to adapt, from hierarchal companies to techniques alliances and partnerships. In addition agriculture will move from commodity marketplaces to item  marketplaces and it will become more environmentally friendly, concerned with food safety, and high quality and provide sychronisation. If this transition from the “old economy” to the “new  economy” occurs for agriculture, then the pc of the past will not be adequate for the upcoming.  They will need to be much broader and more comprehensive than the present techniques. The
