evaluated by the choices or actions to which it brings. A key element is the recognition that  developing new information is not just a matter of "processing" details. It relies on exploiting the precise and implicit details which contains insights, intuitions and encounters of individuals and  developing them available for examining and use by the company as a whole. For this to happen  we need to adopt a holistic strategy to details management, an strategy that requires in  consideration company culture and politics, details business economics and procedures, details  specifications and policies, details techniques and governance. All of above conform an details  ecosystem that puts individuals at the center and technology as an enabler. It has to do more with managing individual behaviors than managing technology. For tasks to be effective in details
