system will contain a main core or central component that structures the project’s primary set of  information. Each venture can then add more complicated techniques and segments as the  particular needs of the venture may demand it. The components are a way of categorizing  primary information into sensible categories, each with its own set of techniques for information  management. Each factor explains the minimum information components that a DME-IS should  have. There are  primary ingredients for a excellent MDE-IS: . First Component: What we do,  the venture activities. . Second Component: For whom we do it, the venture individuals or  members. . Third Component: By whom we do it, the venture employees . Fourth Component:  With whom we do it, our associates. . Fifth Component: At what price, our budgets. . Sixth  Component: Where we do it, the places we work. . Seventh Component: How effective we are.
