and concentrate on collecting industry information and do very little to handle information  beyond the scope of the donor’s needs. These techniques have their own meaning and process for collecting and structuring information, tasks at a nation workplace spend huge amounts of  sources to build up and handle techniques that will not be used beyond the lifestyle of the  venture. Consequently the details about the system becomes isolated and difficult to observe or  settle. By focusing on collecting information tasks have little a chance to evaluate and use the  details internally, even less share it and evaluate it with other identical tasks. Projects collect  information that in many occasions is not used or doesn’t assist in the evaluation of the venture.
