requested information needs that do not match a employees member's stage of power and  obvious omissions in the venture's information needs. .. Who needs the information? Our first  phase is to recognize all the venture stakeholders who need information. Our first stakeholder is  the venture contributor (or donors). Most of the donor’s specifications are already aspect of the  agreement or contributor agreements, they may involve particular information that the venture is  accountable to collect and present to the contributor at particular intervals or venture milestones.  Some may even be required before any disbursement are designed to the venture and may be a  necessary condition to accept the project’s outcomes. Other important venture stakeholders  involve regional government authorities who need the information to nourish their own  computer, for example health information. These could be also regulatory specifications that the
