challenging or costly to obtain. When choosing information assess the price of collecting the  details. A venture may decide that it is for its best interest to gather straight all the details, but the price of this enterprise may outweigh the benefits. .. How many details we need? How often we  forget to discover out the details we need and we end up with collecting larges volumes of  information that at the end of then venture were never used. A venture needs to evaluate all its  information needs and decide which ones will help the venture. DME-IS cannot be an efficient  device for the venture if the venture takes an attitude of collecting data for data’s sake. The  venture needs to recognize the kind of information that can offer the team with a “snapshot” of  all the crucial activities to give all stakeholders a wise decision of the venture enhancement.
