methods for choosing are needed to prioritize sources specifically a venture needs to know if its  information sources are: appropriate, important, useful, precise and reliable. .. Is the details  appropriate to our needs? Although it would nice to be able to have all the details possible on  every area, for a project’s life span that may not be possible nor desirable. A venture needs to  assess its information sources and choose which ones are appropriate for its needs. Each source  needs to be evaluated and examined to discover if the details it provides will be able to response  the concerns the venture needs to response, concerns driven by the needs of venture stakeholders  to keep a record of enhancement and make choices to enhance the potency of the projects  interventions. Keep in mind that importance indicates information that will assistance the venture
