doesn’t lead to a choice then it is information not useful for the venture. Think of information as  an costly source that the venture will purchase, its value resides not in saving and collecting it  (no, it is not an stock item) but in its use, only when we use it we are receiving complete value.  Another signal to test a information effectiveness is to see if the details can be obtained on  efforts and if the details is present. .. Is the details accurate? Determine whether the details is  fact, opinion, or propaganda. Factual statements should be well recorded andor footnoted so they can be verified for precision. Check for prejudice by looking at the unique source. Some sources  attempt to impact lawsuit by advocating or introducing a particular perspective. Look at the  language of the source to see if it is purpose and impartial, or emotionally charged. Ask yourself
