details security always requires economical and employees resources and time, which must be  designed available in sufficient quantities by the management stage. If set goals cannot be  obtained due to deficiency of resources, it is not the fault of the individuals accountable for  execution, rather, it is the fault of the superiors who have set unrealistic targets or have not  designed the necessary resources available. To be able not to miss the set targets, it is important  conduct an initial cost-benefit comparison when the goals are described. In the course of the  details security process, this aspect should continue to play a decisive role so that, on the one  hand, resources are not wasted, and on the other, to guarantee the investments necessary for  accomplishing an appropriate stage of security. Particularly since IT security is often associated
