actions. The prime purpose is to protect the reliability of the venture at all times. Formal  techniques support in management techniques by having venture steering committees that fulfill  at regular intervals and at venture objectives. The frequency of venture reporting is agreed at the  outset of the venture. It is normal for position opinions to be produced at weekly intervals. These are then consolidated at monthly intervals to show: • Project Status Report • Economical Status  Report • The Customer Report Reports should explain any deviations from plan and highlight  any problems on the venture. They should clearly condition any corrective action taken, person  responsible, time frame to be obtained and anticipated outcome. Reports should also indicate  progress against landmark achievement.   MANAGEMENT INFORMATION SYSTEM ..
