Psychomotor Objectives (Skills) Up Tap Down Tap (1) First you start with feet shoulder width apart. (2) Hands will be by your side with palms open. (3) Make sure head is facing straight. (4) You take lead leg up and place it on the box first with foot flat. (5) Opposite arm comes up like running (6) Next you bring follow leg up and tap the box. (7) Opposite arm comes up. (8) Then you take follow leg down to ground and put foot flat on ground. (7) Finally you take lead leg down and tap on ground. (8) Then take lead leg up and repeat process.

Knee Lifts (1) Start with legs shoulder width apart. (2) Hands by side open palm. (3) Head facing forward. (4) Take lead leg up and place on box with foot flat. (5) Opposite arm comes up. (6) Then drive follow leg up with knee as close to chest as possible. (7) Opposite arm comes up. (8) Follow leg comes down to flat on ground. (9) Then lead leg comes down . (10) Next Follow leg switches to lead leg and repeat process.
