Kala Neilson 7 May 2007 AEM 122 Final Essay Teams and Entrepreneurs Most of the speakers who lectured for this class affected me in one way or another, mainly in a positive way. The speaker that most influenced my views and understanding of the technology commercialization process is Tony Eisenhut from KensaGroup. Eisenhut is Co-Founder, CEO, and President of KensaGroup. He has initiated seven university-derived technology start-ups since KensaGroup's establishment. Tony served as former CEO of Tarjac Inc. and he served as Vice President of a $40 billion international food retailer called Aldi, Inc. Eisenhut has been a consultant to NextGen (Senator K. LaValle) in combination with New York's Task Force on Economic Development and Emerging Industries. Eisenhut also worked as advisor to the Center for Life Science Enterprise (New York State Office of Science, Technology and Academic Research Center for Advanced Technology at Cornell). During his lecture at the AEM 122 class at Cornell University, Tony Eisenhut focused on the aspects of team efficiency in the entrepreneurial
