Anneka is a resident of 4 years and is aged 102, Anneka is typically happy has good cognitive
function however is very frail and gets tired quickly. Anneka seems to think Beth Right does not
seem to like her for some reason, Anneka has told me that Beth is rough with her when she
provides her personal care. Anneka has visible bruising to her wrist and says it is from Beth
because she pulls and pushes her when she is showering her, Beth also takes her hearing aids out
