(2 points)Equal volumes of any gases will have the same number of molecules as any other gases so long as the two equal volumes are held at the same temperature and pressure. (STP)b)A sample of 25 L of gaseous nitrogen reacts with 75 L of gaseous hydrogen to form a new compound. Use Avogadro’s hypothesis to explainthe volume ratios according to which the gases react. (2 points)Avodadro’s hypothesis states that 3 of the hydrogen molecules would interact with each 1 of the nitrogen molecules. As there is a ratio of 3 to 1 in regards to the volume of each of the two gases, and since equal volumes have the same number of molecules regardless of what gaseous molecule it is, 75L of nitrogen combined with 25L of hydrogen results in a 3 to 1 ratio of molecules. c) Suggest a possible formula for the compound formed by the reaction of the two gases. (2 points)
