Many scholars have described motivation as the drive or gear thatpersuades individuals to do particular activities in order to accomplish certain objectives. Themotivation to act may come from both internal and external sources. Furthermore, we may definemotivation as the accessible elements that are provided to people in order to fulfill their personalor professional desires. Basically there are two types of motivation Intrinsic Motivation, themotivation which comes from the inner side of any person can be called intrinsic motivation forinstance, if a person like cocking then there is no need of any external motivation for him to do

In other words, an individual is ready by the enjoyment, challenge, orgratification that an activity provides, rather than by the stress or reward that comes from outsidesources.Second type of motivation is known as extrinsic motivation itis caused by externalstimuli such as monetary incentives, promotions, and recognition, as well as coercion and threatsof punishment. Similarly, competition is a frequent extrinsic motivator for performers to win andoutperform their peers. Extrinsic elements such as a crowd cheering for the person and prizeshelp the individual win the game (Masterclass, 2020).
