ASSIGNMENT – BMHR5103Executive Summary:In modern times, when the key economic sector of Vietnam has and is making significant progress to enter the era of modernization and industrialization, the growth that has led to so many other service industries developed which also has advertisements. Advertise Vietnam has only begun to progress since the last 90 years, but this market has proved to be quite exciting with a lot of types and models of different advertising companies. Therefore, to take advantage of all resources, maximizing the capacity and efficiency of business enterprises in Vietnam in general and business activities in the field of advertising in particular to take advantage of human resources "a most valuable human resources in the resources" to improve competitiveness, maintain and improve its position. Digital Zone Co. is one of the advertising company is developing in Vietnam. To successfully implement the strategic objectives of the company to bring satisfaction to customers, over the years Digital has consistently striven hard to build trust with customers. With the aim to develop the company Digital Zone strong and functioning smoothly, the board has changed in the computer laboratory personnel in the past year. However, there exist some limitations and problems need to be overcome for the Account Manager. There are some analysis and training plans to help improve the position of Digital Zone Co.
