MGMT 706Journal #2, Modules 3-4In the next modules, we’ve opened up about the topics of motivation (concepts to applications), thefoundations of group behavior, as well as understanding work teams. For me, these topics take work tounderstand, develop, and be able to master or unlock potential of doing work while counting on othersto complete tasks in its totality as well as on time. This is especially hard for myself as these conceptsrequire trust (trust in yourself not to overreact and take over, as well as trust in others to do what isrequired without letting you or the rest of the team down), they test your sense of security, they pushyour ability to give over or relinquish control, as well as my ability to be communicative and sharethoughts, ideas, and feelings as things continue to move forward.I think this in essence is tied to thefirst modules we journaled about as it’s specifically relatable on the effects of how others treat you, theline of respect, as well as the interactions among other group members, and this all ties into the sense ofsatisfaction and perception we have through the commitment we put into our work and the influencethis has on how myself as well as others approach the challenges of work we deal with on a day-to-daybasis.Again, I feel as though this closely relates to the personal inventory assessments we’ve taken
