Study Guide Real Estate Principles Part I and Part II of the Final Exam :  The  following topics may help you prep for the final.    In most cases, you must understand  (beyond definition) the topic listed.  Part I of the test covering (Ch 22-24) has 42  questions: most of which, you have seen at the end of chapters or in the handouts.  The cumulative portion, Part II, will be very similar to your pre test.  There will be 80  questions on Part II.  You will have seen each of these 80 questions at least 2 times.  That hint should help you in your studies!  Give both Parts your best shot.   You may use a calculator.
