As a result, the prevalence of various issues, with highly qualified facultymembers, the establishment of new training facilities in the region, and access to cutting-edge educational technologies and the difficulties associated with learners' presence inclassrooms prompted the creation of learning-teaching methodologies, one of them beingDistance learning solutions software.
