Part III – Site Plan Based on the tall building project description, the site assessment, and the zoning analysis prepare a site plan that places the key architectural elements on the project site. To help prepare for the submittal, a checklist has been included that identifies the basic elements of the site plan. These should be considered as the minimum requirements; other elements may be included. This checklist indicates the essential information on the Site Plan. Other relevant information, rendering, color, etc. that enhances the drawing may be included. Neatness in overall graphics and lettering is essential. General Sheet Layout ¡ Use a 11x17 sheet for submitting your site plan.
