Kyphosis: Hunchback Visual Changes: Accommodations (how your eyes accommodate to what’s going on, tests peripheral  vision) 30 years old. 2 packs a day. Times the two together. 60 smoking years. ¼  packs a day. 40 years. Smoking history is 10. Moderate alc conception: Women- 1 glass Men- 2 glasses Beer is 8 oz. Wine is 6 0z. Liquor is 2 Oz. Women gain weight in saddlebags and butt Men gain weight in stomach  Red face and jaundice from too much alc in life. Exercise 30 min 3-5 times a week. Screenings: Males—Prostate screening around 50 Women— mammogram at age 40 Colon cancer testing. Number 1 fatal disease in adult is cancer. 2 is heart disease. BP screening 1 time a year. Cholesterol tests. Needs to be under 200. Diabetes check with blood sugar test A1C. HIV, Aids, STD, HPV HPV= cervical cancer Nutrition- metabolic Pattern: 25 year old- female 2200, male 2500 Every decade drop 100 cal.
