Citizens can access these records and activities by three ways, open records, open meeting, and public announcement of agency guidelines. Citizens can get access to open records by proper request and purpose of this is to open publics’ eyes so they are aware of governments’ activities. Second way to get access to the activity of administrative agencies is through open meetings which is under the Sunshine Act of 1976. Under the open meeting law federal government is required that most of major administrative meetings are open to the public. The

Yes, I think these requirements for the open operation of agencies are important. Because as a citizen I feel that I should know what is happening in all these agencies because I want to be aware of what is happening in the government.
