Sally went to a pharmacy near her new apartment to see if they had any openings. The owner explained to her that she could help set up the pharmacy before it opens and clean the pharmacy after it closes. At the time of hiring, the owner offered t pay Sally $500 a week to work five days/week (Monday through Friday) from 4AM-9Am and from 9PM – 2AM. That was all that was said and Sally took the job. The owner believed he was following the law
