For this experiment, the emission series was Bahlmer, with the experimental Rydberg constant equaling 2.5 x 10^-18 J.Results/Calculations:See pages 28-29 and Graphs after Review Questions.Discussion:The actual wavelength for red, orange, yellow, green, blue, and violet are 650 nm, 590 nm, 570 nm, 510 nm, 475 nm, and 400 nm respectively. Most of the experimental values observed were within about a 20 nm range except for violet, where the experimental value was found to be 425 nm while the actual is 400 nm.
