There are many pros to online learning which include keepingeveryone safe from a deadly virus, being easily accessible, and increased flexibility withchoosing courses. There are also cons to online learning like not having the proper tools and ordevices to get online, connectivity issues, lack of technological knowledge, and lack of self-discipline.In March of 2020 when everything in the world shut down and my community collegedecided to go all virtual, it did not affect me much because I was already taking online courses.Many of my coworkers were not and I was able to assist them with their transition.
