Christina Husk 12/6/13 MUS-Z111 Concert Report (2) Duke Energy’s Yuletide Celebration On December 6, 2013, I attended the Duke Energy’s “Yuletide Celebration” at the Hilbert Circle Theatre. Famous gospel singer and Indiana native Sandi Patty and maestro  Jack Everly hosted the performance. They put together a chorus of amazing singers from  around the country to sing and dance with Sandi. They also managed to nab the great  great grandchildren of the Captain and Maria von Trapp. There are only four von Trapp  singers now, and they are all siblings. The stage was set up to look like a castle.  Throughout the night, beautiful backdrops like stained-glass windows and hilarious  contraptions like the “Santatizer” graced the stage and made the show that more  interesting.  This is the first time I had ever heard Sandi Patty or the von Trapp Singers. As  much as I enjoyed their performances, I wasn’t as impressed as I thought I would be.

As a current student on this bumpy collegiate pathway, I stumbled upon Course Hero, where I can find study resources for nearly all my courses, get online help from tutors 24/7, and even share my old projects, papers, and lecture notes with other students.

The ability to access any university’s resources through Course Hero proved invaluable in my case. I was behind on Tulane coursework and actually used UCLA’s materials to help me move forward and get everything together on time.
