Second Exam for ENT 203-601 Sample Questions The second exam will be similar to the first exam in ENT 203-601 in format and the types of questions including True and False, Definitions/Descriptions, Short Answer, Matching, and one or more short essay questions. Again let me emphasize that my test questions will emphasize what I have covered in class. If I haven’t written it on the board or shown it on the class camera or given you a handout, then I will not be testing you on that material. I provide a lot of supplemental or background information in my lectures, but that is to emphasize what I think is important. Here are sample questions for our second exam. True or False : If any part of the statement is false then the statement is false. 1. Africanized honey bees have never been found in North Carolina. 2. The primary sugar in honey is sucrose. 3. Honey wine is always a sweet wine. 4. The best way to liquefy granulated honey is to boil the honey.
