Organization’s Rights 2 Organization’s Rights Defend an organization’s right to collect customer data. Should the company limit the use of this information? An organization’s right to collect customer data is define has as a way to demine a strong and successful organization from that of other organizations. By collecting customer data the organization to have the approach to be able to enable what is called cross-functional analysis as well as storage and management for a process that is critical to the business ( Gibson, 2012, pg. 62). How does collecting this information contribute to the service culture? By collecting such information has been collected, it can then be analyzed using CRM software, and the company can more accurately gain insights into how to serve each customer better
