Charles Aguilar MW 2-3:40 Mark Realty, inc. v. Rogness 418 so.2d 373 (1982) District Court of Appeal of Florida Cowart, Judge Facts  : Tilman A. Rogness had four separate agreements with Mark Realty, inc. Mark Realty  was entitled to “exclusive right of sale” for a stated period of time and for a certain price under  certain terms. The broker sued on four agreements for brokerage commissions because  allegedly the owner of the four houses terminated the agreement after the properties were  conveyed. The owner’s answer alleged that he “canceled, revoked, and terminated” the  agreement before the properties were sold and that the broker didn’t do his duties under the  agreement.  The trial judge concluded that they entered into a unilateral contract under which
