Charles Aguilar MW2-3:40 12.11 It is unenforceable against public policy because the company is making drug paraphernalia which is in turn having an effect on society. They are selling drug paraphernalia which is not necessarily illegal but it would be if a police officer caught you with one. Since the contract consisted of a company that mainly sells drug paraphernalia and that has a negative impact on society I think that this transaction
