Unformatted text preview: John Lilly SFA101 Dr. Markworth Paper-Interview a CA November 5, 2007 Now that I am in college my parents would rather I not have a job to distract me from my studies. I strongly disagree with this seeing how expensive college can be. I started to look into several on campus jobs and most of them seemed to take up little time and have very flexible hours. I saw that in my dorm they were looking for people to sign-up for a CA position. Lauren was working and I stopped by to ask her some questions about her CA duties. She said that she really enjoys her job she has very few responsibilities. When she encounters a problem with a resident she simply calls the hall director, her boss, and dumps the problem on to him. It’s a very relaxed job where one can easily study and finish up homework. Twice a week you are required to be in your room from eight to twelve at night where you hold your “office hours” in case someone needs to get a hold of you. The salary for the job consists of free a free room which is generally nicer than the other hold of you....
