2AbstractResearch is an essential aspect of the scholarly world. The role of total based rewards onemployee performance couldn't be done better. A qualitative case study technique was essentialfor the findings of this research paper. The study findings show significant positive outcomesfrom employee rewards from their job/task performance. Further, the study finds out that the useof more than one motivation or reward technique has a widespread impact on the welfare of thebusiness. The specific aspects of employee reward help set objectives and benchmarks in aworkplace using motivation as the key. It also identifies employee strengths and weaknesses aswell as citing possible opportunities and threats to the business. Generally, the benefits ofemployee rewards are somewhat relatively advantageous.
