Group Analysis I learned a lot about group behavior . I learned how individuals acting in a group or team can be more effective than the same individuals acting alone to accomplish goals . I learned the stages of group development and observed how my group proceeded though each of them . This not being my first group experience helped me be a more efficient team member . I learned more on what tasks and responsibilities that I could accomplish to help the group . My group members acted similarly under certain situations . They acted as I expected most of the time . When prompted to complete a task, all the members did their part to help the group . Everyone seemed to want to put forth effort to benefit the group and not their individual goals . Miles, our leader did a good job of organizing out team . When he instructed of the members, they responded positively by getting things done . When I was instructed to do a task, I took the time by myself to do the task as did all the group members
