PED 106C--Weight Training “Former Student” Requirements Grading Policy 75 points—Attendance/Effort 5 points—Workout Proposal 15 points—Article Project 5 points —Notebook 100 points—Total Attendance/Participation: 75 Pts. Please take a look at the first page of this document--"New Student Requirements"-- to make sure that you understand how attendance will be handled this semester. You are subject to the same makeup and attendance rules as new students. Please take special note that former students, as well as new students, will be counted absent if they do not check in and out each day. Furthermore, we will not accept , after the fact, your notebook as evidence of your attendance. If you attend a different class, clear the signatures immediately—don’t wait until the end of the semester. Former students are expected to work hard and add weight just like the new students and it is expected that you will work with partners and not be a “lone wolf” in the gym. We also expect you to
