Technology Shapes Today's Job SearchingYou may think the first step in conducting a successful job search is résuméwriting; however, the job search begins long before you sit down to write yourrésumé. You should begin your job search by understanding the job market,identifying your interests and qualifications, and exploring career opportunities.Today's employer's need skilled workers to fill the strong demand for productsand services. To find these workers, employers rely on artificial intelligence tohelp them sort through résumés, so be sure your résumé isskimmable andscannable.Explanation: In the current complex and ever-changing economy, jobsare available, but competition is intense.
