Unlike the traditional real estate agent duties, a personal real estate project manager matches the client’s wants with a personalized renovation of their future home. Instead of visiting multiple locations with the clients and having the clients choose from homes that are sold as is. Golden Ticket Investments believes that every family should not have to settle when purchasing a new home. GTI seeks out distressed homes with potential. After GTI purchases these homes, they make renovations to their clients liking. These homes are put under contract and sold to the clientwith their vision embed in their new home. You will be their direct contact. As a personal real estate
project manager you will supervise and delegate several teams. One team will work to help design and put your client’s words unto paper. Clients will fill out questionnaires in order to provide Golden Ticket Investments with all their wants and needs. You will then build a profile for the client. With this information gathered from the orientation process, you will be responsible for locating a number of properties that are within the client’s financial means. This will be the most challenging part of your job. You must find distressed home at low cost, calculate the renovations and see to it that both GTI makes a profit and the customer has all its must haves expressed in their new homes. After the client has agreed to a property and signed some contacts, you will supervise the entire renovation. This is when your second team will start to work. They will be compose of contractors and inspectors. You must ensure the property is inspected thoroughly and repairs made. You must stay within your giving time frames.
