2. What is time-space convergence and how is it related to globalization? Is time- space convergence a spatially uniform process? Do all locations “converge” at the same rate? Do any locations diverge? -Time-space convergence is the idea that it takes less time to travel around the world, making everyone around the world more connected. It is related to globalization because it has made the process possible. It is not a spatially uniform process due to inequalities around the world and the competition for global capital. Some locations do diverge because the competition and inequality is separating them farther from the more successful countries. 3. Where is the real money in surfing? Making equipment?
