Some of these strategies werebased off of an unequal distribution of power and authoritative leadership.The researcher also found other components when it comes to theorganizational models such as social construct, change strategy and somuch more. These all contributed to the harmonization of the structure ofan organization. This study shows a finding of four differentorganizational configurations based off of these components.
